I did OK with mine, bought it at the bottom of the crash, sold it 10 years later at the top when prices tripled.

Save it and sail it down the street next week when Irma arrives.

I am looking for properties in Las Vegas to use as a crash pads for flight crew and Airbnb.

The classes were a few nights per week for about a month.They really blasted through the info (lecture style) and had a one day crash refresher course I took a few days before my test.

My first (currently only) out-of-state investment is in upstate NY where my parents live.Based on looking at some Zillow data rents are rising steadily in Albuquerque yet prices are still below the 2008 crash.

That is unless you want to drop 10k into attornies to arrive at the same conclusion we have reached at this point as a community for free.

On August 16th the "2nd" bank check arrives at my house.

We are fascinated with investing into real estate and we have been saving as much as we can to start out adventure as soon as we arrive over there.
