These are 2 completely different animals.

My new property manager went there today to get animal control to take the dog.Upon arrival, she found guy and dog living in my house.

She said she is disabled and that under Fair Housing and Americans with Disabilities Act, service animals are exempt from any no pets policy.  

California is a completely different animal than I'm guessing most of us are used to seeing.

I work in an animal shelter and see a lot of bad things (and good) about all breeds of dogs.  

Instead, what I strongly prefer (at least my case personally) is taking everything as its own animal and analyzing all sorts of possible factors that may or may not be relevant on any one property.

Loans are a whole new animal, but I am determined to make the whole process second nature!

Putting aside origination (which has exemptions), IMO it would be impossible for a seller financing individual lender to meet the collection and communication requirements in the new regs.Additionally, late fees on a loan are a totally different animal than late fees on a rental payment.
