If it was between me and an adult fighting it out for their house, the adult would win every time. 

These parents now see their kids coming back as adults to live in the home.

Find a good mentor male or female and learn all you can.   

God created this universe with opposites: good & bad, male & female, day  & night.

My wife and I will still go do adult laser tag with some friends.

I once knew of a situation where a tenant who had their water cut off ran a water hose with dual female couplings from their neighbor's house to theirs at night and fed their house with water the neighbor was paying for, until the cops caught them one night. 

There is nothing worse than dealing with adults bickering over parking issues.
