It doesn't accurately display the current lock condition and goes on/off line every few hours.

So the negatives mostly are accurate but not usually impactful for a long term hold.I recommend you (and virtually everyone) start local.

No one can accurately predict in advance whether a particular vintage year will be good or not.

Battery is still 99% after almost 2 month although I am not sure how accurate that is.The reason I choose Schlage over Kwikset is it seems Schlage still is updating their App quite frequently.

Even just an accurate rent estimator would be huge.
