With the newly implemented congestion pricing in Manhattan easy access to NYC public transport is golden.

Hi Dean - we had access to a DSCR product until a couple weeks ago - it's currently paused, per my conversation with one of the loan brokers I work with. 

If you are thinking of targeting travel nurses just know that most of the demand is in the 1-2 BR space.

You usually can do these loans with NO points, you just need to work with a broker who has access to dozens of lenders as there are plenty of lenders that can provide these type of loans with No Points. 

This would allow you to access some cash for other purposes ( Tax Free) because a refinance is not a taxable event.

I think it would be really lucerative to get into commercial spaces as well but as of right now we are primarily entertaining SF homesCopy - glad you have good things to say about DealMachine.

In Texas we can go inactive, so no Broker, no selling, no MLS access,  but you still have to keep up your education CE hours and such. 

I've even paid for a subscription to have limitless access to all articles on multiple of these websites.

My thinking is that by renting to a residential care facility I can effectively utilize all the space, earn above market rent, and help provide a needed service, while avoiding tenant parking jams. 

Because I did not buy this on Biggerpockets, am I not able to access the bonus content.
