Like I don't truly help sellers, and that I'm just here to take advantage of their situation.I'm not a great writer, and I'm not the best at expressing myself either.

Were the letter writer was pulling heartstrings explaining how they also lost a home in foreclosure know how bad this is they are just good Christians out to help people blah blah balh..

Before RE, I made my money as a writer, so what I'm really asking about is content.  

Hi @Becky Wolfe I would suggest asking all the lenders to confirm the following points:- Interest Rate & Points: pretty obvious, straight forward, compare with others- No Prepayment Penalty: this will be important as you will likely be refinancing out soon with a conventional loan- Are they Direct: make sure they are the actual check writer, that the money is in house, and they can close quickly once they commitOther than that it should be pretty straight forward.

Our entire sales staff, management, service writers, and miscellaneous others train with it.

However I was asking questions to a couple lenders and all of them tell me that the under writer of the loan most likely will not approve the loan because I don't have a good enough reason to go from a single family to a multi-family unit.

I'm a teacher/freelance writer and he's a doctor (Chinese doctors are NOT well paid like their American counterparts!

It is kind of a local thing with top song writers playing it and then maybe a random guest appearance by a well known artist.
