What's the "V" in that LTV?  

As a side note, Fannie underwriting guidelines note for a construction loan the following: land owned for >1 year, the FMV of the land + construction costs= your value (V) in LTV; land <1 year they use the acquisition price.

Example: Enter cell, Copy (CTRL+C) “A1+A2” inside the A3 cell, then paste (CTRL+V) in cell C3.Use Absolute Cell Reference.

And without trying to offend any notaries in the forums, I don't humans are especially effective at verifying identification (and as you noted in your post, notaries rarely receive any extra training on this from what I've heard). 

The first thing I ask for is identification.
