Does anyone have a contractor in Omaha, Nebraska that does seamless steel siding at a reasonable cost (preferably Emco)?

Here are the $s:-purchased at $56k-rehab cost of $14k-prepaid interest with my hard money loan (no payments now)-$900/mo projected rental income with tenant paying utilities-appraised at $99,900-I have an offer on the table for $89,900 plus $3,000 seller paid closing costs.I learned s lot on this deal and it wasn't a great one, so neither option (keep or sell) is an awesome one, but I'm new to this and trying to start small and learn.

Now you are talking about a bobcat for a day, 1-3 dumpsters, possibly some class 5 for a fill, 4 inches of concrete + steel. 2 trucks of concrete, crew of 4-6, day of work - 6-8k.3.

(Even 10' is a fairly big span for a 4x6 glulam or LVL if it's bearing significant load.)It may be that the company doing the replacement is quoting steel, or that there are factors I'm not seeing here.

My point was Lake and Porter county are bedroom communities for Chicago, they do, or did have a fair amount of steel and automotive parts plants. 

Can you steel a small space for a closet from the bathroom?

I've been getting slot of responses like see me when you get licensed guess I'm just going to have to wait to dive in head first how about internships?

If you look up "Buyers List" in the search slot above, you'll find hundreds of threads on the subject.Because this property is one that YOU would buy if you could afford it (otherwise, why on earth would you put it under contract?)
