There are still a lot of deals that are anywhere from 120-180k and multifamily typically starts around 200-250k.

This is where I would start if I were you—perhaps leveraging one of your existing properties.As a last resort, you could look for a partner willing to fund the project in exchange for a share of the equity.

We want to sell and I am starting to look into how I can save the most money tax wise.
