Yes, some anxiety but that's life, even with a 9-5 job you have the uncertainty of lay offs, You can't take a job's pay stub to the bank and get a equity line of credit :) on it.But you can't walk away from a property you own as a landlord after 5 either.Head and Chin UP.. you'll get in stride soon and just keep up on your Landlord tenant laws for your state so you'll have that to rely on.Your young and personally I find flipping a house much more stressful, the expenses can go overboard and if you can't sell holding costs hurts..
