Does anyone know about porting data?

I am an agent specializing in the Prince Georges, Howard and Montgomery Counties.

So far I've bought a SFR in San Antonio, TX using my Self-Directed IRA and a 3 unit Commercial building in Port Byron, NY using personal funds.

Every women loved the home, every husband stated "I need a garage" and the car port was not going to cut it.
