Maybe you might run into one using an older furnace or a federal pacific panel.

To the West is the Pacific Ocean. 

The San Diego housing shortage will take more than a decade to be resolved (and may never be resolved as the land is constrained on South by Mexico, West by the Pacific, North by Camp Pendleton, and to the East it quickly gets harsh).

Then you make your best guess adjustment based on positives and negatives (view of the Pacific; 50 miles to a grocery store) and you should be reasonably close.
