Has anyone ever tried using PG's as a strategy to purchase more properties?

I'm looking to get into buy-and-hold for rental income investing in the Baltimore area even down towards where I reside in PG county.

You can locate brokers through Zillow including REO.When looking at a new listing if there is no number next to the MLS slot it might not be on MLS yet.

We live in Washington, DC and would like to invest in the DC and PG county area to start.

The investor opens escrow and sells his/her buyer slot in the contract.I'm looking for advice as to how to fill out a contract using this method.

Question does anyone know the tax assessor website I have bee searching for the site for pg county Md and cant seem to find it.

@Manny Cirino Its Actually Pg county md still close to dc though. but I Have the same problems I dnt have an address for the deceased and I Dnt kno what a parcel id is

Hey @Chris Attiliis I am a contractor based out of PG County and would love to help you.

They set up a meeting with an attorney this thursday, BFD deal, and we have half an hour slotted to ask/answer questions.

Nowadays, I have completely forgotten that stuff and simply tell the kernel guy what time slot my sw HAS to run in to meet the real time requirements, he can worry about time frame overruns and overall throughput.
