Would love some feedback and this one is tricky with the 7-day because most of the time if I put a 7-day which is rare... it's for them having a dog, parking over the water meter, loud music, too many people in the place, etc.

During that time i’m sure my tenant was extra loud because nobody was below him, he likes to have people over and play music...I told him a couple times about keeping the noise down..a couple nights it’s been 2am and i hear music thumping!

At first glance, there seems to a decent amount of value in several of the items... everything from 3 old Cadillacs that are in bad shape to old computer hardware, music equipment, power tools, hand tools, likely some antiques, etc.
