Can I report this to a credit bureau?

Notewerx is no longer in business, this was a product from Marc Gold who has moved on to other enterprises. 

A legit enterprise (like Tesla) would build a factory first, iron out all the production problems and then start building more factories around the country.

Unfortunately, that phase of my life when I could take such a task on is gone but I am sure enterprising young bp members can make it happen.

Hi Account Closed: I'm going to assume that when you say "free and clear" sale,  you mean a sale conducted by a Tax Claim Bureau after it try to sell the property at an "upset" sale.

Remove the owner, and the enterprise shuts down.

Also, for the benefit of those interested in using desktop, and use the fixed asset management, what version (Pro, Premier, Enterprise, etc) of QB desktop do you use?

Consider filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and perhaps even the CFPB.
