I feel bad for the pitbulls, they need to go somewhere but the owners also need to be responsible with them and as long as you make that clear then you shouldn't have a problem.

You shouldn't dump bad news on investors without showing that you're doing everything you can and are on top of the problems.

However, this may be a problem if you have tenants that don't have a bank account or the internet.I had considered using a PO Box for all business mail and use it also on the leases.

It may create a problem for you later if your bank discovers the account is owned by an LLC that no longer exists.

In case you haven’t read the previous responses or haven’t walked a mile in a landlord’s shoes. 90%+ of your problems are caused by your local/state government that you seem to be giving a free pass.
