Before the improvements I could hand a letter to the clerk in the post office and they would postmark it and put it with the local mail for delivery the next day.

The tenant may remain in possession of the premises for 30 days following the date of the delivery of the notice of termination.

I periodically do some delivery work and use the drive time as "education time".  

The thing I can't get past is the correlation between stores closed, and the Amazon distribution centers being within "Same Day Delivery" range. 

The person that did the repair should have had some inclination of the actual life left on the unit and advised of this.We had a fuel oil delivery that was pumped into the venting pipe,, the oil ran into the floor drain and then into our septic system at my parents house. was a mess, middle of winter they had to pump out the septic and drain field. 

mainly to have something to do if I find myself board on a rainy day in PDX which is pretty often... also I don't generally drive at night so I would only work mornings for a drive or two.. when I take Lyft in Vegas I talk to the drivers most really don't like the night or pick up or delivery from casino as the riders are half the time pretty wasted.I use it in Vegas to from our kids house and the airport.. so that's a pretty easy drive for the Lyft driver . as well as I live in the number one income area of our state so if I only take rides out of this area I should pick up some successful people and we can talk business if it gets to that..

Delivery workers, property workers, landscapers, contractors, your mailman, your garbage man, your meter readers, etc., are great for this because they are driving neighborhoods everyday anyway.

What about timely delivery of payments and accurate, transparent financials? 

(i.e, you order 10 squares of roofing.What YOU DON'T have to do:  Arrange, and be responsible for, delivery.  

GC/Owner gives me phone number of their preferred supplier, I make up material lists and order accordingly, supply house delivers to job site directly and GC/Owner pays upon delivery.
