What if you bought a house in Odessa, furnished it, put the utilities in your name, decorate it like Hugh Heffner is going to stay there, then rent it out to the people doing the oil and gas work? 

We will include home furnishings, appliances and decor in the sale, as well as outdoor furnishings and equipment, lawn mowers, etc.

They were here and there decorating the place.

Places like floor and decor and Home Depot have tiling classes on Saturday’s.

If so this will be tougher to find enough people who can take a long vacations to keep your place rented enough to make money.You will need to renovate and decorate to make it into a vacation rental. make sure you have the funds to do this.

One of them is construction mastic, Liquid Nails and the like, which is often used to slap lightweight tiles on walls for decorative purposes.

So when you find someone that is good and especially in the line of work you do, an HVAC tradesman, the painter, decorator, roofer, the Hazard Disclosure agent, a really good handyman/woman, etc, go out of your way to give those people referrals - they will be so appreciative it will come back as business to you.  

I have been looking at a store called Floor and Decor and Home Depot in the Park City/Salt Lake City, Utah area.
