I read the permitting process and it seems somewhat strict.

I spent months reading, browsing forums and meeting with other investors to prepare.

I was strongly considering joining before I read this, now I am going to go the hard route, but probably best to just stay active on here and go the extra effort to network with accomplished developers in my area.

I know you said you don’t expect anything major on the properties soon, but I would take a careful look at what is most likely to need to be replaced soon and figure out how you would pay for that if it needed to be done tomorrow.

Anyone can go read it.

I still think if you're an investor, you need to run your numbers carefully. 

.)• NNN - purchase triple net lease opportunity (1031 everything into it, managed under trust, tenant takes care of everything) • Sell each off the normal way (even spreading out one a year, heavy tax implications and truly diminishes decades of work.) • Give/donate each away-----I expect many here have already been through similar dilemmas and interested in experiences, lessons learned.

Your reading of that section isn't exactly what I would take away.

I have been listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast for years ever since I was in High school I have read a few of the classic real estate books.
