@ Cody Weiss I am not quite sure to be honest,  that is why I wanted to ask the question and see what the more experienced think :) In my mind, if we're out of nafta, this will put a strain on the auto industry in the region more than anything else, resulting in job cuts -> less ppl that can afford to rent in the city.

It is super cheap as well.The umbrella insurance will require you to maintain a certain limit on your malpractice, home, and auto insurance before it kicks in. 

I'm assuming you know the basics of paying in full, on time, etc.Here's a few things that will help fast track to establishing credit -Get an auto loan / a secured loan. 

It's amazing how quite literally a few pixels and an auto response email pat on the back create this tiny amount of electronic validation that is so encouraging to do more. 

Unfortunately, I was involved in an auto accident late last year which is forcing me to be medically seperated from the military and I will likely relocate to Texas near family.

I'm looking for a property with an existing auto mechanic or body shop on it ready to go, through foreclosure or Mls.

I’m working on an interesting property now that has 3 residential units to rent and 2 commercial auto shops to rent.

Well, unless one gets behind.Advantage of stocks is less to think about, I could probably just setup an auto-transfer each month and that's it.Curious what other considerations you might make when comparing the two.
