Some questions I have include: where should I go to take my pre-licensing course, who are some respectable brokers to work with in the area, what are some good locations in your opinion for a "new to the area" real estate agent to get started, and where would you recommend a single 32 year old female to reside.

@Chermaine ChilesIn my area, anything I put on the ground closer to the city limits gets snatched up right away no matter when I put them out, but as others have said, use a Google Voice number and I used a female name like LISA or SARA..I seem to get more calls that way.I am sticking to just putting mine up on telephone poles about 10 feet high with one of those "bandit sign" staplers that I made with stuff from Home Depot.

Likely though, the majority of these buyers are permanent residents or Canadian citizens, so this won't affect them.We're a very multicultural country, and some people seem to forget that many of these Asian buyers are simply new Canadians, not foreigners.
