Reach out to get a second quote and check your options comparing apples to apples. 

Others do percent plus added charges, so make sure you are looking at everything so that you are comparing apples to apples.

I don't specifically know the Durham market but ... as mentioned, Google is coming to Durham in a big way AND Apple is coming to Apex (down the road) in a pretty big way as well.

I’d think our markets are mostly apples to apples.

This could get pretty grey in some areas and all it takes is one bad apple out of all your properties to make you wish you had never done this.
