.- Watch out for residential tax exemptions, and be aware of which towns / cities have them.

Hey everyone, we have under 10 rentals and just watched Cameron Dunlap’s one day up video off of Facebook.

I have listened to a few podcast and watched some videos.

The listing agent doesn't have the benefit of having watched how the property performed on the market, or a contract stating what a real buyer is willing to pay, prior to making their best guess at the right price to list at. 

I also am not a Toledo native, but love living, investing, and running a business watching others succeed here. 

I started doing some research and happened across Peter's website and founding myself watching all of his video's on youtube - which I have really liked and liked the idea of his mentor-ship (ie: protege) program. 

Now, of course, there are no secret IRA agents watching you to see if you go change that light switch or toilet flapper yourself, so take that for what it's worth.

Looking forward to doing deals together in the future and watching you grow as an investor. 

I personally don't want to use them again mainly because of the lack of communication  ya I watched the video you can tell industry knowledge and experience no doubt.. but unique lender not so sure about that..
