If the tester does offer mold remediation services they are going to give you a sense of immediate urgency and panic to essentially get you to fork over $$.Don't get me wrong, I have no idea how bad the situation is, if at all(it could very well be that mold appears on every surface) however, it could also be that it isn't and they are merely trying to make a sale. 

By that time you may not feel the urgency to spend that money and may send it back to your ING acct.Hope that makes sense...no coffee yet.

But with historically low rates and prices, I feel an urgency to get in.If you were in my situation, what strategy would you use to invest out of state?

The sense of urgency is critical as each day land diminishes as well as opportunity.

I am against this Bailout Plan because there exist better alternatives to its overall structure as it relates to timing, magnitude and the methodology of attacking the current economic problem.The “emergency†plan was introduced with an overwhelming sense of urgency as the solution to the global credit freeze that would inevitably lead to wide spread job losses, increased home foreclosures and an annihilation of investor confidence.

Banks do not care about your offers need for urgency.

So I feel a little urgency along with my excitement about finding a good brokerage/broker to shepherd me along, allow mls access, get 100 new colleagues, and facilitate me collecting some commissions.
