@Alec McGinn @Andrew Syrios I use the Goldman Sachs savings account (Marcus), currently paying 2.25% and rises as the rate index rises and it's always liquid, If you know you wont be using the money for at least a year, there's a CD they have to lock in for 1 year at 2.75% and an unlocked CD at 2.35%, all these rates are far better than the typical retail banks like Wells Fargo, Bank of America, etc...

I have the municipality unlock the meter valve but I turn it on myself so I can check things out and make sure all the water devices are working properly.

When I do get water turned on, I tell them to just unlock the valve and I'll turn it on myself when I'm onsite in case there's a leak.

@Bijou Diaou let me first say that I offer similar training and coaching and am also a product of the product as I have paid coaches and mentors.The money you spend is relative to how badly you want the knowledge.If you are willing to do whatever it takes to put their principles into action then your results will prove successful.If you don’t follow the process or aren’t willing to put in the work then results will vary.Either way it is worth taking a training if nothing else to identify that you don’t want to go that route so you don’t waste time with a strategy OR you may find this is the training that unlocks EVERYTHING for you.My advice is read all the books and take all the courses as long as you are committed to growing and they don’t interfere with getting the work done.Cheers to your success!
