Unique fact pattern with an unreleased deed of trust. 

Trying to have me spend 25-35k after the workshop under the guise of being a “unique” client they’d like to “develop and mentor” as a long-term partner/client adds a level of slimy. 

From there you have 5 photos and a description to grab the attention of the potential guest to get them to 'see themselves there'2) Create 'instagrammable moments - this could be an interactive mural, a very well done outdoor or patio space, unique rooms within the house.

You could also commission an artist or photographer to create a unique art print of your property, and then have that print available for guests to purchase as a reminder from their stay.I would love to hear everyone's input on other creative ideas for items that an add-on platform could help facilitate!

On top of the 'commonly used' investor filters like 2+ years back taxes, recently inherited, etc- I loved some additional possible/ unique filters like number of structures on a parcel, min/max land sq ft, initial purchase price, and ability to narrow down to very specific areas on a map.

You really have two choices, find an area thats a destination or create a unique stay (essentially creating a destination).

I have a good amount of skills that put me in a very unique position, which I want to start to leverage, to work toward my goal of leaving the utility company, working for myself, doing something I absolutely love.  

I think the majority of the confusion likely comes from the fact that most all of the builders that have inventory on our marketplace are offering unique incentives like extensive rate buy downs, free PM & maintenance guarantees, up to 10% price reductions or up to 10% cash back, etc. 

Despite the project’s unique nature and impressive traction, securing traditional financing has proven challenging.

So I will be leaning heavily on design to create a unique experience that can not be had at any hotel.
