If gnats are in the houseplants either tell them they cannot have houseplants, or I would recommend mosquito dunk powder to help eliminate the gnats from the plants.

You could also buy them something small, like a house plant or candle.

if you find out the current use, you can pick it up right away with same or similar use. for example grain fields can be rented to local grain farmers. cleared forest can be replanted with Christmas trees, popular landscaping trees and plants, any realistic business it is zoned for. if there is a home on the property it can be rented. if you want to live there you can still rent out the fields at a local per acre rate to local farmers, or start any type of agricultural business, or home based business and hobby farm.

And you can light a gas stove with a bbq lighter (for cooking, not heating/burning the house)If the house is all electric, well you need to bring the “power plant” to the house to run anything...Oh, interestingly some people dont like gas stoves.

Hello BP, I have a tenant in a 7-unit building planting Incense sticks in the hallway (by the stairs).

We save a lot of service calls, a lot of money and that money ends up being in the thousands of dollars over a 10-year period.The next thing we do when we take over an apartment building is we remove every plant, tree and blade of grass on the property and we put rock in place of the grass.
