Anyone has experience doing mid-term rental in this SA for travel nurses?

I've traveled up and down the east coast visiting other management companies learning how to continually get better.I genuinely want to be seen as a partner for our landlords.

If you are in CA the travel time and energy to manage a 4 hour flight away is cumbersome. 

You aim for guests, health workers, students, and travelers.
