As Ben Franklin said - "good fences make good neighbors" and I have altered that sentiment by saying "good agreements make good partners".

Unfortunately, this hasn't translated well to an interest I've had in real-estate.

Thus the few fixers left will translate into high ARV and higher rents.

More than half of that time was dealing with regulatory issues of altering a house in a national historic district. 

Your common sense should tell you that while the technique you learned might be viable, it may not translate into what you're trying to do, regardless of how much prior sales experience you have.

The thing I would question or alter is your breakdown for personal day-to-day expenses and whether that could be reallocated more aggressively towards investing in your business or other streams of income, which could also be dependent or influenced by your "other streams of income".Ultimately the allocation should depend on your business and investment goals.

You just have a converted attic that could easily be altered to make it part of the main house.

The problem with all of these coaching models and books and podcasts is that they are selling a product, which is fine, but it does not necessarily translate to real-life applicability for most people.

Something to understand with 'development' is it is very regional, and therefor difficult to provide good meaningful advice that translates nationwide.

Does that translate into selling your principles or am I missing something?
