Books and YouTube gurus selling courses teach people to borrow money from one property to buy another with little or no regard for how heavily the investor is leveraged.

You can't go wrong with adding value and expressing genuine interest in what others have going on.You may not have much time to read these before your meeting... but below are 2 books that have changed the way I look at networking events... you can also search these on Youtube for book summaries!

I see two ways of attacking this: - Paid mentorship/training- Teach myself (YouTube videos, Reading, Trail by Fire basically) I am leaning towards the paid option because I do have the capital to pay for a program.

Something I keep in mind when researching on YouTube is finding someone the most similar to myself in regard to personality, so that when you viewe their videos, you could see myself easily applying the information.

What I did was to watch several YouTube videos from  that area where I want to invest.

I’d say that attending a training seminar/mentor/YOUTUBE videos, etc and trying to put a deal together based on that information makes putting the deal together a one in a hundred shot.
