Put some tiny homes in there and do some landscaping and you've got a killer concept!

Instead, I would suggest seeing if you can find a 'caretaker' / renter who wants a parking & garden space for their self-contained tiny home on wheels, trailer or rv.  

I'd suggest to try to narrow down the region you're interested in, the type of STR you want to have (there's so many variations, it can be condos, homes, cabins, tiny homes, glamping, houseboats, RVs, etc., they can be specialized for medical professionals, business travelers, large groups, etc.)

I have been fascinated with the "Tiny Homes" concept for while now and have seen many little tiny home villages pop up in different areas of the country.

It just needs some caulking or a tiny bit of patching.

This is landlocked property which was part of one of those land sales where a larger lot of woods was subdivided into a bunch of tiny lots and marketed to people as an investment.
