I will sweep out the floors really good tomorrow, but I almost feel like I should mop the subfloor.  

I asked someone at BofA about setting up a deposit account that automatically "sweeps" funds immediately (or nightly) to another account (because I don't want to give my tenants my operating account # and don't want to have to go online to check and manually move the funds the first few days of every month.)

Spent every weekend over there for first 6 months of ownership sweeping up the parking lot and doing a good cleaning inside.

You can sweep the surrounding of home once in a week, It won’t cost you much.

Once a year I crawl up on my roof with a broom and sweep the loose seeds/leaves out of them and it takes about 15 minutes for the entire house. 

LOLI appraised a home one time that had so much dog and cat hair on the carpet that they would have had to rake the floor before sweeping.

We only accept payment through a dedicated sweep account so tenants can either walk cash in to the branch, pay by check at the branch, or execute a BTB transfer.  

Hopefully you can just sweep the complication and regarding the  additions under the rug as it was unpermitted when you bought the home you could simply play dumb. 

Unfortunately the bank that we use doesn't provide automatic deposit notification service, which would be sweet.We sweep (transfer) the money from the tenant deposit account to our primary business account so there is never a large balance in the tenant deposit account. 

She'll hire a Porter service to visit the property every day to sweep sidewalks, remove litter and debris as needed, and generally keep the property nice and clean.
