For sure! 

I'm pretty sure every cleaner everywhere hates making bunk beds, as that adds time and complexity  There will be extra hair and possibly more if you allow pets.

I have read about the 70% rule, but not sure if that applies to cases where large unforeseen problems happen.Throw any rule like the 70% rule out the window.

Make sure you know the value the ADU will add to the property before building the ADU. 2) the financing on an ADU is typically far worse than for initial investment property acquisition or is often not leveraged by the ADU (HELOC, cash out refi, etc).

But now I have a new perspective on building the relationship with him, and others like him at other brokerages in town.One thing is for sure, the investors and developers in town who have been buying deals for 3-4 decades are eventually going to want to slow down.
