On Leases, list all Tenants (18 and older) and Occupants (younger).Include a section about visitors and how long they can stay.I'm not sure about your state, but in MD, one of the hardest ways to evict someone is by Breach of Lease.

That is a very good idea Thomas, with the weather being unpredictable, you cannot always ensure that the flyers are in good condition.Pasting it to a window or patio door, is a great way to make the stats available to the visitors.
