There are three parts to every successful tax strategy: (1) Strategy, (2) Implementation and (3) Compliance.

The problem I have with this is that I see no advantage for a successful property owner to participate.

@Rene Hosman The only time I've seen them is larger buildings that have financing and the success of the project is contingent on a certain occupancy number, but then again what project isn't :) That being said, I'd always write concessions to start on the second month of full rent.

Since this is something that is best done with a team of experts that know a lot more than I do I am putting this request with help from the bigger pockets community to get me started on my road to success.

Since my current strategy is BRRRR, I'm looking for a location where I can implement it successfully within my budget.I’d prefer to target the best neighborhoods or subdivisions I can afford, ideally with favorable eviction laws and other key factors.That said, I started wondering if there might be a better strategy to achieve my goals.
