Next 2 weeks, I'm going to be giving shout outs to those in the Note Industry that where kind and generous when I first met them as a newbie (true sign of a good soul). 

I remember three years ago I was doing a shower wall in a cold basement and troweling too-stiff tile mortar on the wall, an utter despair of the soul welling up in me, wondering how my life had come to this from what I imagined it would be when I was in college, when my parents celebrated every academic achievement with enormous pride.And I'm a big guy with a long history in DIY, an extensive family history in renovation.

The benefits are looser underwriting guidelines, more loan structure flexibility, they loan to LLC's/Corps not just individuals, in-house valuations vs. full appraisals, WAY less paperwork, no hard and fast rule limiting the number of loans you can get, and the speed of getting deals closed is way better.But most importantly, I don't have to bare my financial soul and get questioned about every bit of income/expense every time I want to get a mortgage. 

Would any of you rather bright souls (not being sarcastic) like to explain to me how we're going to afford Social Security, defense, debt service, health care, etc, over the next 20 years?

Thus, we would have to stay in our condo, which she was so excited to leave, at least for maybe another  year. i showed her the numbers, but i could see all the excitement she had yesterday quickly drain from her soul. i know the phrase happy wife happy life, but i cant get past the numbers.

You will need to do some soul searching to understand how you can recognize what you need to focus on in order to succeed in your next role2) You should plan to invest a lot of time up front on understanding your "Why?"
