There has not been a single broadcast that has not provided me value or that I felt was a waste of my time.

I like to overlay targeted direct mail with some "broadcast" techniques such as door hangers to reach people who are not on the targeted lists.

So I am looking to use a platform that allows me to broadcast my voicemails or texts at a fraction of the time it would take me to do one by one.

The 20 year old with a DUI that commutes 2 hours each day in his Firebird that he works on himself will pay more than the soccer mom with a Toyota with a clean record who takes it in for servicing every 10k miles.

The local newspaper and local news broadcasts will likely contain stories about new economic development that may be planned for the area.

There have been some big developments going on within a few properties of ours (soccer complexes, 180,000 sq ft logistical warehouses, multi-family apartment complexes).

That's how I am my client's/partners make our $ and only a fool would broadcast that.

Is it me, or are a lot of writers using their books to broadcast how overly impressed they are with themselves?

If the soccer fans get what they want then I can see mission valley area becoming more of a destination area which may help the nearby residential communities.
