In my town, the cops work pretty closely with the Neighborhood Preservation and Serious Crimes units - so if there is a property that is regularly getting reported, the regular uniformed cops are going to automatically involve code enforcement, and if they suspect drug activity they are going to get the narc guys involved.

Sure, the old way lacked the message getting preserved upon acceptance of the colleague request, and it also would be nice to get an email or PM notification that the colleague request was accepted.

I dealt with a VA I have where the property preservation company took the neighbors trailer thinking it was the previous foreclosed owners.
