The only issue with these approaches are the estate issues if you have siblings.One investor I know use the NNN approach to acquire properties from tired landlords, which your parents are.

So I'm not necessarily 100% set on selling, but I have to admit that I'm getting tired of how things are going.

If they don't answer my questions, I know they have not read the ad and are just clicking and "tire kicking" or they lack the intellectual focus for me to have any business relationship with them.   

I guess he's now tired of me nagging all the time.

They get tired of residential tenants so 1031 into passive commercial NNN and get 7 to 8% returns.I looked at residential a long time ago and it just wasn't for me.  

Previously I'd done my own floors but I didn't want to take the time to do it and I'd gotten tired of trying to deal with Craigslist and FB "handymen".

I am motivated and ready to work for myself, tired of grinding for other people.
