@Precious Thompson , after I have vetted the potential applicant(s) initially through phone or e-mail, I  like to schedule 3 or so 10-15 minutes apart.  

I like to be able to keep that door to the kitchen closed until I choose to open it and hear all the sounds of appreciation when the aromas waft into the living room.I like being able to leave my jewelry making supplies out and the goody bags for the Autistic retreat that I am in charge of as well.

Precious,My husband and I started with low income properties.  

I especially hate it when my kids are napping because that time is precious to me, and if a solicitor wakes them up, it makes me want to do mean things to him. 

Mobiles are a somewhat precious commodity right now in Texas anyway.

You will survive, you won't go broke, you can afford to hire someone to fix your problem, and playing with your child or grandchild is more precious  than anything on earth. 

Anyone with passion and love for this business knows how precious this chance is and I was able to meet and be exposed to things I otherwise wouldn't have yet.
