It is the most popular software in the industry, and most Tax Preparers are familiar with it, which makes tax season easier.My Recommendation: Spreadsheets are usually fine for your first 1-3 properties. 3+ properties, you should use a software.

I think there may be a market for a lower density campground that offers a higher level of privacy per site with amenities (electric/water hookups, RV dump site, bathhouses, etc...) but...

There are a lot of local real estate investor meetups in Northern NJ that you can find in the events forum here and on other sites.

Does anyone know of a site or common place to meet investors and rehabbers to make a deal with.

I went to the TREC site and I dont see any form with option, so im lost with where to find the forms. 

If you’re doing section 8 are you finding those numbers to be pretty accurate on that site?
