In all seriousness, you make a great point that folks who are using real estate for this purpose are sacrificing liquidity and subject to thousands of dollars upon sale.I have to admit, I've been pondering if I should be a little more aggressive in finding my next deal in part because interest rates are so low. 

This is a question that I've been pondering - I have a rental property that I can easily payoff but I am concerned about the risks that it can expose.So essentially for any lawsuits or gold-diggers, I don't show up as owning the property.
