Is the monthly cost reflective of the new job in Charlotte?

If it is getting into the structure of the building and there is extensive smoke and water damage throughout, then the price would need to reflect that. 

And I'd expect my credit score to reflect that in a year or so and move back into purchasing a home rather than rent.The firm I work for requires credit/criminal/security clearances.

Price reductions may only be reflective of people expecting too high a price to start with.
