A lot of these companies offer lifetime warranties on the basement waterproofing systems (drains around the perimeter and then the sump pump).

We plan to plant about 500 seedlings next spring in a nursery area, and about 300 larger seedlings around the perimeter of the property along the county roads.

I also have some 40ft with 6 side doors and 4 side doors for the perimeter of my property to block snow and wind.

Why not just fence the perimeter like normal?

On yours, if allowed, you might consider fencing the perimeter of both properties, use a double post at the lot lines if you have restrictions as to neighbor fencing connections, I'd leave driveways clear, gates are a real hassle, especially in bad weather and automatic gates are way too much $$$$$ on such rentals.

In every opportunity possible I/we list's pet's (guiding perimeter) with pet deposit/rents.

City came out and made me tear open walls and ceilings for an inspection..... turned out the footer boards weren't anchored to the slab properly for a full room with full tile roof etc and all that weight....ok for an enclosed patio....but not a full enclosed room....had to dig around entire foundation....drill through footer and do anchor bolts and poor new perimeter foundation......

We own a fair number of units inside the perimeter and vacancy rate as fallen to almost zero.

Do a perimeter approach.
