It's been vacant for almost 4 years, looks quite distressed on the exterior and peeking through windows, but from my limited and inexperience perspective, seems to have really good bones.

With the peek of the technology boom in real estate it still doesn't change the fact that real estate is an interpersonal/relationship-based business.

I took a peek at your breakdown. where in the world are you finding a property for $230k that brings in over $4800 per month???

Given my 401K is heavily invested in ETF’s and I’ve already made one illiquid investment in a private company, I figured I’d take a peek at real estate.That’s when I found BiggerPockets and a few other blogs on the industry.

Most banks (since they carry the note) will want you to fill out something like it and will likely want to take a peek at the "Net Worth" number.

The home is clearly vacant as grass is overgrown but from peeking in the windows I can see that the finishings in the kitchen are nice/updated and the home could, for the right price, make an excellent rental.
