While title companies will occasionally insure ownership of a property surrounding a cloud, they will refuse to insure any title to be transferred with a "cloud."

BUT, if you constantly look through the Windshield (what does the future hold for this Investment Vehicle) and only occasionally look in the rare and side view, you will know the obstacles that may be ahead, the warning signs, such as the bridge is out!

Hopefully this trend continues.well one reason for burn out is that 97% of those who say they are going to wholesale never do it.. they burn what little cash they have become more broke and quit.. but as you know being a national funder in most rust belt cities I see them daily on huds so they are still alive and well in the low value asset rental houses I fund.. sometimes there will be 4 of them on one hud making 1k  a piece and occasionally some of them make good money.. 

I am thinking about building a house for our next primary residence, but I would also like to use it occasionally as an STR.

I go to a swimming pool occasionally tho but it’s cheap.

I'm getting ready to relocate there, and plan to house hack my primary residence with the occasional STR booking.
