The section of Nashville over by Jefferson Street IS a very hit or miss area but the nice thing about it is that it's directly adjacent to some very nicer areas of town like downtown, Germantown, the gulch, etc.

Once you get the kinks worked out though and the first direct deposit hits your account it shows up like clock work from there!

You set a goal that's unrealistic and 99.9% of people do not hit near that when they invest in real estate.
