So when there were times of financial tension or other things tenants wanted me to cut them some slack for, the tenants would know who they were dealing with and how I operated (same with them and all their neighbors), and they ultimately understand so that we can continue working together.

. 2) Plumber made assumptions without closely verifying, maybe in purpose. 3) Created so much tension between the tenant and I, to the point I ended our month to month lease. 4) conclusion, plumber did this because he knew I’m a remote landlord.
