Since the 1970s,  the number of administrative staffers has risen by 235 percent, while the number of faculty and students has increased by only about 50 percent. 2) 38 year lows in labor participation (Please don't fool yourself by believing that we are at or near full employment as Janet Yellin says).  3) Very significant increases in government regulations making it harder to start small businesses (which is where the preponderance of new jobs come from).

Lenders use over 10 different version of fico so the pull at BOA could be different than Wells Fargo.Also ask yourself does it effect you mentally to walk around with 500 fico ( won't really drop that much) but to me I don't care what my score is.

In Las Vegas, where there is a ton of them, the mentality seems to have gotten more to, get the highest and best as close to the BPO as possible and let it go....still not going for significantly less than market value.In las vegas we can get you or any investor many buy and holds that will make money, flips are still available if you are realistic on what you want for returns.
