I feel like it is an area with good schools and a solid jobs base between Hershey, HERCO, the med center and the Milton Hershey School.

You have a high concentration of military, close to the med center, UTSA, and Alamo Ranch.

If you're near County Line and State Line (i.e. close to KU Med) you should be good.

The way Kaiser uses technology for appointments and meds, sharing information with doctors, nurses, and patients is wonderful. 

Their clients are mostly folks who can't mentally fend for themselves, but are still physically capable of many things (they can bathe, feed and dress themselves; but can't shop, administer their meds or cook for themselves).

But, the  "payroll burden" will also have SS/MED of 7.65%, about 2% in unemployment taxes, etc.
